Home At Last™ can help you become a homeowner too. FREE 4% cash down payment and 6.35% mortgage loan

Helping Nevadans realize the dream of home ownership.
Do you dream of owning a home, but don’t think you can qualify for a loan? The Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) could be the answer. Over 200 renters have become homeowners in the past 24 months through Home At Last™.
If you’re looking to purchase in rural Nevada cities or towns with fewer than 100,000 residents and have not owned a home in the past three years or are a veteran, you may qualify. NRHA has funds available on a firstcome, first-served basis for moderate income Nevadans.

Can I trust Home At Last™?
Home At Last™ is a loan assistance program administered by the non-profit Nevada Rural Housing Authority. Since 2006 NRHA has raised over $80 million in mortgage loan funds through the sale of tax-exempt bonds. In the past 24 months, nearly 300 Nevada families have bought their first homes with Home At Last™.
NRHA was formed in 1972 for the sole purpose of creating affordable housing opportunities in rural Nevada. Why help Nevadans buy homes? It simply makes good economic sense to encourage responsible home ownership that enhances the quality of life in rural communities.
