NRHA Chief Operating Officer Discusses Home at Last Program at the Fernley Home Buyer Fair
CJ Manthe, Chief Operating Officer of Nevada Rural Housing Authority, presented to potential homebuyers at the Fernley Homebuyer Fair on April 17, 2010. CJ spoke about NRHA's Home at Last First Time Homebuyer Programs, and answered questions about mortgage financing and affordable home ownership.
