NRHA Recognizes Greater Nevada Mortgage Services with MVP Award
At its July 28th Board of Commissioners meeting, Nevada Rural Housing Authority presented Nick Serrano, Sales Manager of Greater Nevada Mortgage Services, with its "Most Valuable Partner" award.
"Greater Nevada Mortgage Services is not only the top producer this year, they are following a tradition of success established in 2006 when they joined the NRHA lender team," said D. Gary Longaker, Executive Director of NRHA.
"We received the award for our participation in the Home at Last program, which extends below market rates and down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers," noted Nick Serrano. "It gives us, and our clients, great satisfaction to know they can truly afford a home in today's financial environment."
