The Nevada Rural Housing Authority’s (NRHA) Community Development program works with local rural communities throughout the state to develop and implement affordable housing solutions. As economic forces and real estate volatility take their toll, NRHA is working to ensure the availability and affordability of shelter for our citizens through innovative strategies.

What are these innovative strategies? Everything from NRHA owned developments that provide rental units at subsidized rates to NRHA owned land that is developed with affordable housing to the development of a land trust to provide low income Nevadans with an intermediary step between renting and owning a home.
